Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Maryland is a life-changing journey deep into the heart of the path of yoga. Explore life through the lens of the ancient teachings of the Spiritual path of yoga. Discover the tools to transform yourself from the inside out.


Our 200 Hour is a deep and comprehensive exploration of more than just how to teach yoga poses. We present an approachable in depth course to make deepening your connection to yoga more accessible.  We will arm you with the basics to teach yoga classes and expand your understanding of what yoga is and how to bring it off the mat to enrich your everyday life.


A Schedule that Allows for Work-Life Balance

Our 200 Hour journey is offered in a once per month model.

We meet Saturday's & Sunday's, on the first weekend of each month.  

Our 2024 Session is running from October 2024 - June 2025

Training is limited to the first 15 registrations.
